TriDot analyzes your past training data, physiological assessments (like RPE and threshold tests), and factors like stress, sleep, and time availability. It monitors more than 10,000 data points every session and even accounts for heat, humidity and altitude. It then continuously adapts your plan using industry-leading AI to get the most progress per hour of training.

To unlock its full potential: a power meter for cycling, running pace or power… the more data you collect, the more TriDot can refine its accuracy and results. TriDot also pushes sessions directly to your sports watch, bike computer or smart trainer, making them easy to follow.

While many age-group winenrs also use TriDot, it is actually ideal for time-crunched beginners or intermediates. The plan is customized to your fitness and availability, so you’re not overtraining or wasting time. Many age-groupers see faster improvements with less training volume compared to traditional plans.
