Fit, Form & Testing
Coaching and consistent training are the key to making gains in triathlon, but significant gains can also be found in testing, fitting and form analysis. I offer a standard bike fitting service, run form analysis, as well as metabolic testing for cycling and running to help find those marginal gains for ambitious age-groupers.
Bike Fit (in-person or virtual)
Bike fit for road bikes, TT/triathlon bikes and gravel bikes takes 90-120 minutes.
Assessment of your posture, strength and flexibility. Also discuss your riding style, goals and any injuries or discomfort you're feeling.
Scan you riding using motion capture technology and màke changes to find a better position before running a second analysis.
You'll leave with a before-after report with suggestions for future improvements.
This fit is perfect for finding a more comfortable, pain-free or faster position on your current bike. It's also ideal if you're considering a new bike and you want to know which brand, model and size would fit you best.
Note that we don’t stock spare parts for all bikes but we can provide instructions for your bike shop should major alterations be required.
In-person fit (Oisterwijk, Netherlands):
€125 for one bike, €200 for two bikes.
Virtual fit and consult:
€95 for one bike, €160 for two bikes
Metabolic Testing
Run and bike Powertests take the guesswork out of your training.
Bike and run tests accurately establish:
Your VO2max, VLamax and FATmax.
Your fat and carb combustion rates.
Highly-tailored training zones for each sport.
This will inform and perfect both your racing and training.
Can be performed at home – we provide full and detailed protocol to follow.
Bike: requires callibrated home trainer and power meter (or smart trainer).
Run: requires GPS watch and running track.
The price includes a 20-minute consultancy with our coach who will explain your results and provide training suggestions.
